Hi and welcome to my little bit of real-estate in the virtual world. (My part of paradise, but on the net!)

Hawaii is one of the most expensive places to live, with very little jobs available. However, I have no plans to move from this little island. I really like it here.

Weather is good most of the time and there is no need to buy clothes for sub-zero weather. Cold is anything below 70F/21C.

Beaches are good, with white sand and clear blue water, but they get packed with tourists, especially during winter months.

Shipping stuff here is expensive, but the raw fish is the freshest in the world.
